Inquiry Goal 1: 2016-2017
To build teachers personal knowledge about effectively addressing aspirations of akonga Maori, and of the social and cultural influences that impact on learning.

Inquiry Goal 2: S.I.C.O.L 2017
Enhancing my leadership through growing my emotional intelligence.

Performance Objectives:

1.1 Maori achieving success as Maori.
1.2 To review the appraisal process and ensure goals align with the strategic direction of Stratford Primary School, whilst meeting legislative requirements.
